Designed with a unique anti-jam design around the full perimeter of the pan that prevents the edges from being damaged. This feature is also present on the inside of the pans so that multiple pans can stack without jamming together while providing space between pans for ventilation, allowing pans to completely dry for proper sanitation. The edges and corners are reinforced to resist bending. 25-gauge, 0.5-mm thickness. NSF approved. Pan measures 15.2cm depth.
